LEXINGTON, KY (September 24, 2024) –– Charlie Berens is bringing his Good Old Fashioned Tour to Lexington Opera House on Friday, January 31, 2025. A master of Midwest humor and witty storytelling, Charlie is not only a comedian but also a New York Times Bestselling Author, Emmy-winning journalist, and the creator of the viral Manitowoc Minute.
With over 9 million social media followers, his impact stretches far beyond the stage. His debut album, Unthawed, hit #1 on Billboard’s Bluegrass chart, followed by Dive Bar Dinner, which also charted. Charlie’s first book, The Midwest Survival Guide, became a New York Times Best Seller, with his Midwest Survival Guide Tour selling over 150,000 tickets. In 2023, he released his first stand-up special, Charlie Berens: Midwest Goodbye, and launched his own brandy, Berens Old Fashioned Brandy, produced by Dancing Goat distillery.
